Our Story
Leveled Up Reentry was founded in 2023 by Tay Booker and Jazz Lynn—two leaders driven by lived experience, a commitment to liberation, and a determination to break the cycles of systemic harm and recidivism.
What began as personal journeys through incarceration, reentry, and rebuilding became a shared vision: to create a space where people don’t just survive after release, but truly reclaim their power, their dignity, and their future.
Leveled Up Reentry was never meant to be just another program. It was built to be a movement.
Built From Experience. Driven By Purpose.
Tay and Jazz turned their lived experiences into a foundation for change—proving that transformation is possible and that liberation is not just an idea, but a practice.
Guided by the belief that “when you know where you came from, you know where you’re headed,” they created pathways for others to rewrite their stories, rebuild with intention, and step fully into their next chapter.
Today, their leadership continues to inspire a growing community rooted in resilience, accountability, and hope.
